In February 2006, twelve families residing in a stacked condominium building at the Riverchase Condominium Association, Halethorpe, Maryland 21227, lost their homes due to fire. The Board of Directors, with the help of its management company, acted immediately to facilitate restoration of the homes, which required re-engineering and reconstruction of nearly 80 percent of the building. Based on the reputation of Welsh Construction, and after checking references, the vote was unanimous to hire Welsh.
From day one, we were totally at ease with our decision as John and Rory stepped in and did what was necessary to rebuild the homes, while working closely with our reconstruction committee. They implemented a communication plan with The Board as well as each individual family and, in accordance with their projected schedule, all families are now back in their beautiful new homes.
On behalf of the twelve families, the Riverchase Board of Directors extend a heartfelt thank you to John, Rory and the entire Welsh staff who surpassed all our expectations in completion of this project.
