At the conclusion of every project, we send a Performance Evaluation Form, asking how satisfied the customer is with our work, with the crew and with the cleanup of the job site. We then ask for any additional comments the customer cares to offer about their remodeling experience with Welsh. "My name is COL William R. Everett and I am currently serving with the US Military in Operation Iraqi Freedom VI. I would like to thank your company for its performance during a recent incident at our home on Hidden Stream Court . Just prior to coming home on mid tour leave, our house experienced a plumbing problem, which flooded our basement. My wife Elva was beside herself because I was coming home and she wanted everything "just right". Mike from your company came to our home and reassured my wife that they would do everything in their power to get the house in order prior to my arrival. His reassuring demeanor and professionalism was just the thing that she needed at that time. He and the members of your company performed magnificently. Upon my arrival home, the basement was beautiful, and my wife was so thankful of your company's performance. Needless to say, being separated from my family has put an additional burden upon my wife. To know that fellow Americans like Mike took the extra time and effort to support a soldier in the field, and care for his family, speaks volumes as to the professionalism and patriotic attitude of your company.
