Specific qualifications for the two positions are as follows:
BATH & GENERAL REMODELING MECHANIC
Requires:
Top-notch drywall and ceramic tile skills.
Excellent finish carpentry abilities.
Interior framing skills.
General plumbing and electrical knowledge.
Meticulous attention to detail.
FRAMING AND TRIM – LEAD MECHANIC
Framing and trim mechanic with overall carpentry knowledge.
Familiarity with framing design and layout.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Drywall finishing skills.
Fire and Water damage restoration experience.
Leadership qualities with a ‘can-do’ mentality.
Meticulous attention to detail.
