Meet Our Team

Mr. Meyerhoff was born and raised in Baltimore. With over 25 years of residential construction experience, he brings a unique perspective to Welsh Remodeling. He has two children. Mr. Meyerhoff is a keen outdoorsman. His hobbies include, flying, foxhunting, and kiteboarding.

With 37 years of experience, Rory joined Welsh in 1998 and has enjoyed helping to build Welsh's restoration division into one of the recognized leaders in the industry. With the Welsh reputation for customer service and quality workmanship already in place, the Welsh name has become a fixture with the premier service providers for insurance restoration.

Rory is married with two grown children. He is an avid golfer and supporter of the North Carolina Tar Heels.

“The things I enjoy most about being at Welsh,” says Jim, “are first that every day is different. There’s always a new challenge or initiative. Secondly, in an industry known for shady sales practices and inconsistent quality, I love that Welsh gets it right. Our workmanship is top-notch, and we treat our customers – throughout the entire process – in a way that lets me feel good about coming to work.”

A native of the Philadelphia area, graduate of Ithaca College in New York and veteran of the radio industry, Jim has called Baltimore home since 1989. He’s a singer, Scoutmaster of a Timonium Boy Scout troop, husband and father of two teenagers.

Chris recently joined the team at Welsh Remodeling in August 2011. He loves coming to work everyday because of the family-friendly atmosphere and the genuine camaraderie shared by the staff. "Everyone is committed to the same goals and it really shows in the final results" says Chris. One of his favorite parts of his job is getting to visit happy Welsh clients and capture their stories on video. "You hear some real horror stories working in the home improvement industry, so it always makes you feel great when you hear positive feedback from the families we've had a chance to help."

A very proud University of Maryland alumnus and Terps fan, Chris calls Columbia, MD home and enjoys spending his free time with his wife and son.
